The gloomy Silent Hill has been empty for many years after the terrible events that happened there. A fire broke out under Silent Hill and the once prosperous mining town turned into a real ghost town. Since then, travel into the city has been closed.
It is here that a mother comes with her daughter, hoping to cure her of terrible nightmares. It turns out that Silent Hill is a kind of bridge between worlds. It intersects the world we are used to and a world full of fear, horror and despair. A world filled with far from friendly creatures, from which it seems impossible to escape.
Approximately similar events unfold in the American horror film "Silent Hill", which is based on a whole series of computer games with a similar plot. The question arises: are there real bridges between worlds? Is it really possible to encounter something like this?
Here is a story that happened in Paris:
The girl was returning home from work. Suddenly she noticed that she was no longer walking along the street, but along a path, and there were no houses around at all - the girl was walking in the middle of the fields. After walking like this for about 20 minutes, she saw a house surrounded by a fence and a couple lovingly hugging in the yard. The dog rushed towards the girl with a wild bark. The young guy shouted at her. The girl looked back - she was again standing in Paris, at the end of the street. The fields, the house, the loving couple, the dog - it all disappeared.
The following story took place near Perm. Several children went into the forest in winter, where one of them fell through the snow. When he stood up, he saw that he was in the middle of a field with wheat of gigantic height and an incredibly large tree in the center.
Frightened, the boy began to run across the field until he fell to the ground and began to cry. Suddenly a man of gigantic stature called him, he waved his hand towards a path barely visible in the wheat. The boy followed the advice and followed it. Soon he again found himself in the same forest. Many years later, this boy told his story to the commission on anomalous phenomena. There is no doubt that he somehow moved between worlds. Just what played the role of a “bridge”?
The phenomenon of parallel worlds is sometimes referred to as mirages, which often appear in deserts. Mirages also exist in cities, but people, as a rule, do not notice them. Due to the presence of photographs of this phenomenon, it is impossible to attribute it to simple hallucinations. However, scientists are looking for ways to explain the phenomenon of mirages from the point of view of physics and optics.
There are many known cases when people saw ships sailing across the sky. This phenomenon is often called the “Flying Dutchman”.
Charles Fort, a researcher of unexplained phenomena, was a very uncommunicative person. Perhaps that is why he was so interested in anomalous things. Rains from various spare parts, candies, seeds and even small (including live!) animals, snow from giant flakes in Nashville in the century before last, luminous balls, moving objects, strange inscriptions, giant people and so on.
In his book, he described an incident when there were bloody rains in 1846. This phenomenon has been recorded in various corners of the globe. It is not possible to explain it by tornadoes or any other atmospheric phenomena. Just like the cases of rain from animals. What especially struck the researchers was that all the individuals in such rains were not only of the same species, but even of the same age.
Another researcher of the inexplicable, Jacques Valais, talks about reports of people who observed with their own eyes how a real sea ship sailed in the middle of the sky. He lowered the anchor, which was stuck on the ground and did not allow the ship to float away. After which a man descended from the ship using a rope. At the same time, the witnesses got the impression that the sailor (at least the man was dressed like a sailor) was not just descending, but was floating straight through the air. As soon as he noticed the people, he got scared, cut the rope and threw an anchor, which is currently kept in a museum in London.
Vale has collected a huge number of similar stories, the earliest of which are dated 1211, and the most recent - 1897. Observations, by the way, have changed. If earlier people only saw sailing ships, then over time iron steamships began to sail through the air. This fact is evidence of technological progress not only in our country, but also in the parallel world.
How is it that worlds overlap each other without us even noticing it? Maybe we pass through parallel worlds in the same way as we pass through air in our own world? Perhaps it's just a matter of the difference in atomic density.
This is realistic provided that the intra-atomic temperature of the substance of such a world is higher than in our world. An increase in temperature by several orders of magnitude inevitably changes the state of aggregation of a substance. Based on this, there can be at least four parallel worlds, where atoms relative to each other are in four different states of aggregation. Theoretically, the number of parallel worlds is infinite.
In 1930, P. Uspensky, a writer who studied mathematics, magic, the occult and much more, published a very interesting work in which he explained that the world is movingtimeren: three dimensions represent space, the others time.
“The structure of time consists of rays. They emanate from every moment of time: each of them contains its own time and emits new rays at each moment...”
And NASA specialists came up with the idea of creating many parallel Universes, connected to each other like air bubbles. As scientists say, Universes can be either similar to ours or completely disobey the laws of this Universe.
All this suggests the possibility of each person having doubles in other, parallel Universes. Another assumption of scientists is that some Universes are connected with each other, while others, on the contrary, are located at a distance from each other, which prevents the creation of so-called bridges between worlds. Today, NASA claims that it is still quite difficult to prove which manifestations of parallel worlds are real and which are just created by the imagination.
